Your tasks:
- Booking of bank statements
- Guided tour and booking of the ticket office
- Review, booking and payment of incoming invoices
- Review and booking of submitted travel expense reports from field staff, as well as credit card reconciliation and clarification of missing receipts.
- Ongoing clarification of the open items list of creditors

Your profile:
- Completed commercial training and several years of experience in financial accounting.
- Sound knowledge of preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB).

- Proficient use of ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
