Our story

Over 200 years of company history – sourcing materials since 1810

Our company looks back on a long and proud tradition dating back to 1810. 
This long and eventful history shows that our company is always ready to 
to evolve and adapt to the changing demands of the market. 
We are proud of our roots and look confidently to the future.

1810

The Imperial Count of Sweden and Prussia founds a company for furnishing and refining
of carriages and horse harnesses: The Perohaus.

As early as 1813, the production of tarpaulins and the assembly of horse trailers for the military followed.

1913

1913 is a pivotal year in the history of our Company. This year, production will increase.

To strengthen our accounting team, we are looking for a financial accountant (full-time) for our new location in the east of Munich as soon as possible. 

 

Your tasks:

  • Booking of bank statements
  • Guided tour and booking of the ticket office
  • Review, booking and payment of incoming invoices 
  • Review and booking of submitted travel expense reports from field staff, as well as credit card reconciliation and clarification of missing receipts.
  • Ongoing clarification of the open items list of creditors
  • Plausibility check of outgoing invoices according to the Value Added Tax Act (UStG)
  • Documentation of confirmations of arrival for tax-free intra-Community supplies to other EU countries and third countries 
  • Preparation of the monthly VAT return, EC Sales List and Intrastat declaration 
  • Monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts (plausibility check)
  • Support with monthly, quarterly and annual closing procedures in cooperation with our tax advisor 
  • Assistance in preparing the annual inventory

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training and several years of experience in financial accounting. 
  • Sound knowledge of preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB).
  • Excellent knowledge of financial, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
  • Proficient use of ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel) 
  • Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written
  • Good English knowledge

Your tasks:

  • Daily posting of bank statements

  • Sending reminders and clarifying outstanding payments by telephone
  • Preparation and handover of outstanding receivables to our debt collection agency after consultation with management.

  • Creation and updating of customer and supplier master data as well as verification of the valid VAT ID number
