Mah-Tex is totally similar to the real leather with its finish, touch feeling, and optic. Additionally to that, it is equipped with the standard and high qualified specifications, more than many other Vinyl’s are. Our material is used in the automobile and furniture industry, in the combination leather/Vinyl.
Equipped flame retardant: Automobile industry: DIN 75200 respectively ISO 3795, FMVSS 302. Furniture industry: DIN EN 1021 part 1+2 resp. ISO 8191 part 1+2, BS 5852 (licensed for public areas, smoke cinemas, theatres, and other places for public assembly), on inquiry we could produce for you also material with B2 equipment.
Properties: According to the law prescriptions, our material is free of Cd/AZO/FCKW/PCP/PCB/PCT formaldehyde and health hazard substances. –long durability- UV resistant- light fastness >6- perspiration resistant – urine resistant- saliva resistant – waterproof- salt-water resistant – tear resistant - non-irritant – free according to Reach.
The material has: width 140cm, roll length 35m, thickness 1mm (+/- 0,1mm).
